All preferences are final at time of order
Custom wigs are non-refundable (see Returns Policy).

Bundles & Ready-Made Units:
2–5 business days processing.
Custom Wig Units:
7–14 business days processing (unless otherwise stated).
Processing time is separate from shipping time.
UK Shipping
Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days
Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
International Shipping
Delivery times vary between 5–10 business days depending on location.
Customers are responsible for:

Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once a parcel has been dispatched, PLG Untouchable is not responsible for delays caused by the courier.
If a parcel is lost, we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
